Yes, I know I am in the midst of a sort of John Stossel kick...I am guilty as charged. But if there is a viable argument against what he demonstrates and argues for here, I cannot imagine what it is.

My guess is that there is NO hope in "attaching the money to the kids" (ref: Belgium) in the very near future.
