Well...here we go
The reason for my absence the last few days: getting ready for THIS.
Your prayers are appreciated...we are tired, weary beyond belief from all the prep work. We could really use an easy and quick sale.
Having done my own fair share of internet house shopping, it is an odd thing to see the icons in there.

Unbelievable asking price! I know it's just your area, and normal for there. Here in Kentucky your house would go for $110,000 or so.

I agree, it's totally unbelievable. Here in Orange County, CA....That house would EASILY sell for $650K+.

I would kill (at least some bugs or somethin) to be able to buy a house for $300.

It seems quite odd (though I'm sure not as odd as it is for you) to see the house Valerie and I have spent many a happy hour as guests "on the market" for just anyone to see pictures of. Having the icons in the picture is a nice touch.
