Nativity yields to the Tidal Wave of Theophany

As things are returning to "normal" I expect to be back blogging shortly. I shall begin with a series of reviews of a fascinating, wonderful, and troubling book entitled "The Shack." It was recommended to me by a beloved and respected friend who is active in the emergent church. Stay tuned.

You're back!

I was beginning to wonder how much time you were taking off. I hope all is well with your family. Did the car problem work itself out?

Thanks for asking!

Well the Sub remains where it was, but we did finally to decide to get a newer one that would perhaps be more reliable. So, Mom and Dad's Christmas present is in the driveway.

Several days later, the old farm truck's transmission died...so I'm driving it everywhere backwards.

I can relate to that,

Keep your spirits up, your sense of humor is the gift that gets you through hard times (that is what my dad always told me, anyways).

You have a great blog, it is one of my daily reads. I don't post a whole lot, though. Best wishes to you and your family this New Year.

Anam...I'm working on it.

Cerik...email me...I'd like to talk to you about your Rusyn roots if you have time.

Will do,

It is Cepik (pronounced like Cerik since I don't have a Cyrillic font).
