You know they say hops can really only be tasted up to a certain point and from there on out you are just wasting new additions. Have you gotten your hands on any of Dogfish Head's IPA's? 60min, 90min, and 120min respectively...i've heard they are salve to the soul of a hop head.
I like hops a great deal, but am more into a hearty malt back bone in my brews.
Aaron...yeah, in fact Heads Up had the 90min on tap so it was my tasting of choice while brewing.
Photios was making something you'd like, I expect, it's called Immoral Ale and had something like 10x the amount of grains I had in mine. Crazy thick stuff.
I find, more and more, that I want no semblance of sweetness in my beer at all. Redhook's ESB tastes like a Kool-Aid to me now.
