St. Brigid



Today is the feastday of our farm! Clifton has up her Trop and Kont as well as her story from the OCA website (many years to his daughter Delaina!) It is also the namesday for our dear friend Sr. Brigid at St. Paisius, who insists on calling me (discreetly) Reader Papa Joe.

You'll recall some additional beer related aspects to her story (and a link to how we settled on the name.) Don't forget to pick up your St. Brigid Farm gear as well, on this her feastday! (from the shameless commerce division).

Holy Saint Brigid of Kildare, pray unto God for us (and our farm).

Sr. Brigid at St. Paisius will commemorate her Patron 13 days from now as they are on the old calendar.

A blessed "farm feast day" to all of you, and to Sr. Brigid in T-13 days.

Are the animals feeling particularly festal today? How about the vegetation? :-)
